Welcome to GADA. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GADA, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

GADA is an AI-powered shopping assistant that allows users to:

• Search for products using natural language through an AI chat interface
• Receive personalized product recommendations based on learned style preferences
• Virtually try on clothing items using AI image generation (Standard) or real-time webcam fitting (Prime)
• Analyze product reviews for authenticity using AI-powered fake review detection

Important: Try-On credits and Review Analysis are digital services that provide instant access upon purchase. All sales are final as the service is delivered immediately.

3. User Conduct

When using GADA, you agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the service
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on GADA. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

GADA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of AI-generated product recommendations or review analysis
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy or quality of virtual try-on results

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: GADA uses AI to provide shopping recommendations, virtual try-on results, and review analysis. All AI-generated content is:

• For informational and reference purposes only
• Not a guarantee of product quality, fit, or authenticity
• Not a substitute for trying on items in person
• Subject to the limitations of current AI technology

Virtual try-on images are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly reflect how clothing will look in reality. Review analysis scores are algorithmic estimates and should be considered alongside your own judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

GADA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions based on AI recommendations or virtual try-on results.

8. Credits, Payments & Refund Policy

GADA offers the following paid services:

• Try-On Credits: Used for virtual try-on features. Standard mode costs 1 credit, Prime (live) mode costs 10 credits. New accounts receive 3 free credits.
• Credit Packs: 10 credits ($1.99), 30 credits ($4.99), 80 credits ($9.99)
• Review Analysis: $4.99 per analysis

Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services:

• All sales are final once credits are delivered or analysis is completed
• Refunds are only considered for technical issues preventing service delivery
• If a Try-On session fails due to technical error, credits are automatically refunded
• Contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests

EU/UK Users (Consumer Rights Directive): You acknowledge that by purchasing and using credits or analysis services, the digital content has been fully delivered, and you expressly consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Korean Users (전자상거래법): 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라, 디지털 콘텐츠가 즉시 제공되므로 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 기술적 문제로 서비스가 제공되지 않은 경우 환불이 가능합니다.

Japanese Users (特定商取引法): 特定商取引法に基づく表示：販売者名: GADA、連絡先: [email protected]、価格: クレジットパック $1.99〜$9.99、レビュー分析 $4.99、決済方法: クレジットカード。デジタルコンテンツの即時提供のため、返品・返金は技術的問題の場合のみ対応いたします。

9. Intellectual Property

The GADA name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not use these without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• EU/UK Users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU/UK consumer protection law, including the GDPR and Consumer Rights Directive. Any disputes may be submitted to the courts of your habitual residence.
• Korean Users (대한민국): 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제기합니다. 소비자보호법 및 개인정보보호법 등 강행규정이 우선 적용됩니다.
• Japanese Users (日本): 日本在住のユーザーについては、日本法が適用されます。消費者契約法および個人情報保護法の強行規定が優先されます。
• German Users: Für Verbraucher gilt deutsches Recht. Die zwingenden Bestimmungen des Verbraucherrechts bleiben unberührt.
• French Users: Pour les consommateurs français, le droit français s'applique. Les dispositions impératives du droit de la consommation prévalent.
